REGSVR32 是注册服务的命令，参数/U的意思是解除服务器注册，
regsvr32 /u remotepg.dll 关闭远程模块

regsvr32 /u wuaueng.dll 关闭自动更新模块

regsvr32 /u netid.dll 关闭计算机名模块

regsvr32 /u srrstr.dll 关闭系统还原模块

也就是说想开启这几项注册服务 将这条命令去掉 /u就可以了

regsvr32 remotepg.dll 开启远程模块

regsvr32 wuaueng.dll 开启自动更新模块

regsvr32 netid.dll 开启计算机名模块


在c:\windows\system32目录下找到相应文件，删除就可以了   
        远程 :remotepg.dll　
　　自動更新:wuaueng.dll
　　系统还原: srrstr.dll
